ZEN is made from hand-picked first-harvest tea leaves that are tana-shaded under traditional black shade canopies before harvest. This slow, shaded growth allows the leaves to develop a rich umami character and a silky, smooth texture.

How to Prepare
Sift about 2g (1 tsp) of matcha into a bowl, add 70ml (about 2.5 oz) of water around 80°C / 175°F, and whisk briskly in a zigzag motion until a fine foam forms. For a latte, whisk with a small amount of water, then top with your choice of milk.
