Regarding delivery

Regarding delivery times:
Standard shipping takes about 7-14 days after ordering. It usually takes a few days for delivery within Japan, and then it is delivered to the US. Delivery time from the Japanese warehouse to the US is about 2-4 days. It is not possible to track the item during delivery within Japan, but it will be possible to track it once it has been shipped from our Japanese warehouse. (We will send you the tracking number by email.)
The expected arrival date may vary depending on the product's stock status and shipping destination. In the unlikely event of a delay, please understand that the product cannot be returned or cancelled. Please note that the expected arrival date may vary depending on export customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, and holidays such as the New Year holidays.

Cancellation after placing an order :
Please note that we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. Some products cannot be cancelled.

Delivery area:
We can deliver to the continental US and Hawaii. Shipping costs are the same for all states. We can also deliver to other countries and the world. Please contact us to inquire about your shipping address.

Shipping:
All shipping charges are calculated based on volumetric weight (comparing volumetric weight and actual weight and calculating based on whichever is heavier). Shipping charges tend to be higher for heavy and large items. For shipping charges, please see the Shipping Charges Reference page (link) . Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and displayed when you add an item to your shopping cart.

tracking number:
Once the shipping number has been confirmed, we will send you an email. Please check your email.

Change of address:
If you wish to make any changes after an order has been placed, a fee of $20 will be required. However, if the delivery has already started, we will be unable to make any changes, so you will need to make the necessary changes to the delivery yourself.

About shipping destination:
Since we ship items as personal imports, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses. Japakuru is not responsible for undeliverable items caused by incorrect addresses, undeliverable packages due to absence of recipient, customs issues, or force majeure.

Customs duties and import taxes:
There may be import taxes, duties and fees imposed by the destination country. We will try to separate boxes as much as possible to keep costs down.

Regarding partial order cancellation:
If some items cannot be shipped due to inventory fluctuations, we will contact you by email before shipping.

Regarding shipping notification emails:
① Email orders: Once we receive your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email.
② Delivery Completion Email: You will receive an email with the tracking number.
(At this stage, it is often not possible to track the item as it is still in transit within Japan.)
③Email during delivery: You will receive an email when your item is in delivery.
④Delivery completion email: You will receive an email as soon as delivery is completed.

About Customs Duties:
Since this is a personal import purchase, basically, if the amount fits in one cardboard box, no customs duties will be charged. However, if for some reason customs duties are charged, please understand that you will be responsible for the cost. If you purchase a large quantity, we may separate the box into two. In that case, we may contact you separately regarding shipping costs.
