Crafted in Uji, Kyoto, this premium hojicha powder (Hōjicha) is made from carefully roasted tencha stems, taken from tencha, the shade-grown tea leaf used to make matcha. Finely ground into a smooth powder, it is perfect for hojicha lattes, traditional whisked tea, and baking.

How to Enjoy
Hojicha latte: Whisk about 2–3g (1 tsp) of hojicha powder with 30ml (1 oz) of hot water until smooth, then top with 150ml (5 oz) of steamed or cold milk. Sweeten to taste.
Baking: Add to cookies, cakes, ice cream, and desserts for a rich roasted flavor.
