In order to produce raw rice flour noodles, we had to solve many problems such as easy drying and breaking. Kobayashi raw noodles, craftsmanship, and state-of-the-art equipment are also used here.

Raw rice flour noodles contain a lot of water and are soft, so the boiling time is very short at 2 to 3 and a half minutes, and you don't need to boil them for a long time like dried noodles. You can easily cook at home
