[Miso-yaki udon] Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the cut pork. Add the chopped cabbage and sauté further. When the whole is cooked, add a bag of noodles and 30 ml of loosening water and fry together. (Since the noodles are thick, if you stir them forcibly, they may break.) When the water is gone, add the sauce, mix the noodles and ingredients, and serve on a plate. [Black Curry Ise Udon] [1] Boil 350ml of water in a pot and boil the noodles for about 2 minutes. (Boil for 2 minutes, then loosen the noodles with chopsticks.) [2] Add powdered curry soup and boil for another 1 minute. After boiling, turn off the heat and transfer to a bowl. [3]You can enjoy it even more deliciously if you add ingredients such as shichimi pepper according to your preference.
