Product description
Goto udon (800g) for commercial use. It is individually packaged for immediate use and comes in a thick zip bag for good storage. The product contains 4 bags of our standard Goto udon, so it's a great bargain. There is no change in texture and taste. Tsubakiya's Goto udon does not fall apart when boiled, and it has a good texture, so we recommend using tsuke udon, such as kamaage udon or colander udon. Do not boil the noodles in mizutaki or pork shabu-nabe. *See attached recipe for details.
