packing size 30.7 x 23.2 x 4cm; 800g
Product type dried noodles
Container type box
Maker Sato Yosuke Shoten
Product weight 800 grams

6 bundles of 80g udon and 6 packs of soy sauce are in a paper box. Total weight 1.32kg Raw materials/ingredients Wheat flour, starch powder, salt How to use 1. Boil plenty of water in a large pot (preferably at least 21 cm in diameter).
* Approximately 2 liters of hot water and 160g to 200g of udon noodles are enough for two people.
2. Sprinkle the noodles into the bowl so that the noodles do not stick together.
3. In order to evenly cook the udon noodles, boil them over high heat for about 3 minutes, keeping them dancing in the pan.
4. Check the doneness by gently loosening it with chopsticks from time to time. Udon noodles are hand-made, so there may be slight differences in how they are cooked.
5. The best time to boil the udon is when it becomes translucent. However, if you want to eat warm noodles, strain them slightly earlier.
6. Rinse the udon noodles in a strainer with cold water to remove the "sliminess" of the starch on the surface of the udon noodles.
7. Then cool it completely with ice water to tighten the udon. By doing this, the Inaniwa udon will be stronger and more delicious. Be sure to soak warm noodles in ice water.
8. Then put it in a strainer and drain well.
