JOKK MOKK is a small town surrounded by forests and lakes on the Arctic Circle about 800km north of Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. We felt that the delicacy of handmade sweets is the essence of western confectionery, so we changed the spelling to YOKU MOKU to make it easier for Japanese people to understand, and named our company.

• Hokkaido-born butter

Aoyama Yoku Moku's standard butter is made from raw milk grown in the vast nature of Hokkaido, boasting a stable quality, high flavor and freshness. The moist texture is also created by plenty of butter.
