How do I store it?

After removing the stick honey from the product bag, put it in a glass or the like and put it upright to make it easy to use at any time.

Since the inside of the hive is over 40°C, there is no problem even if the room temperature reaches 40°C.

What if the honey hardens?

Stick honey may also crystallize and harden depending on the type of flower and storage environment.

At that time, please put hot water in the tea bowl and boil it in hot water.

It will return to a liquid state over time, and even if there are crystals remaining, it will be easier to remove from the container.

The ideal temperature for the hot water bath is 60°C or less in order to preserve the honey's nutrients.

If you don't have a thermometer, use your finger. It doesn't burn you, but it's a temperature that you can keep on for about 5 seconds. There are individual differences, so please use this as a guide only.
