With the power of enzymes, this seasoning for meat makes it tender and juicy just by sprinkling it on meat and letting it sit for 5 minutes. When cooking meat, we recommend chicken breast, which tends to be dry, and thick sautéed meat. As a guideline, use 2.5g (about 1 teaspoon) of "Niku Yawaraka no Moto" for 100g of meat. |

The enzyme of "Niku Yawaraka no Moto" is made by fermenting raw materials such as corn. "Meat softening ingredient" contains enzymes that have the same function as the meat softening ingredients contained in pineapple, and loosens the meat fibers. Starch enters through the gaps between the loosened fibers and holds the meat juices in, keeping the tenderness for a long time. |
