Product introduction
Freshly caught wild sea bream is manually cleaned of gills and guts, slowly grilled to bring out the aroma and flavor, and then dried.
It evaporates water to the limit and makes it into a fine powder for easy use.
You can easily make soup stock by just pouring hot water without boiling, so you can use it for various dishes.
It is not seasoned, so please use it with your favorite seasoning when using it.
If you are using our dashi for the first time, please be careful not to add too much, as even a small amount of our dashi can make a strong broth.
