Ingredients (for 2 people)

MUJI Make your own rice flour pancakes: 1 bag

Kirimochi: 3 pieces

Milk: 200ml

Soybean flour: 1 tablespoon

Black honey: 2 tablespoons

Ice cream: 100ml

Salad oil: Appropriate amount

procedure

• Cut the kirimochi into 1cm squares.
• In a bowl, add the “rice flour pancakes that you make yourself” and milk, mix, add the 1 cm square cut rice cake and mix gently.
• Put the salad oil in a heated frying pan, cover and bake the pancakes.
