[How to make]

1. Lightly boil the okra in salted water, cool in cold water, and cut into chunks. Roughly chop the young corn and paprika.

2. Drain the water from the tofu, put it in a bowl, add the shirodashi, sugar, and ground white sesame seeds, and mash the tofu with a whisk until it becomes smooth.

Add 1 to 3.2.

Place 4.3 on a plate and top with chopped perilla and white sesame seeds to complete.

[How to make]

1. Put all <A> in a pot and knead while stirring for about 3 minutes on low heat.

2. Mix the rice with salt, half the seaweed, and half the shaved bonito.

3. Make 3 to 4 rice balls for each, and lightly spread the sesame paste made in step 1 on one side.

4. Bake in the toaster oven for about 3 minutes until lightly browned.
