Approximately 680 billion lactic acid bacteria are contained in 100g of this product, and one teaspoon (3g) can consume approximately 20 billion lactic acid bacteria. It is said that the recommended amount of lotus root intake per day is about 30 to 40 g. The amount of lotus root is reduced to about 1/10 by drying, so the recommended intake is about 3g per day.
