Product introduction

A single-use type of miso that contains 20g of miso individually wrapped in a stick. Since it is a single-use product, you can always enjoy the freshly-opened taste without drying out due to contact with the air. For the miso, we used our long-selling product, "Additive-free Enjuku Koji Miso", and finished it with the rich flavor of koji.
We have added kombu dashi that is easy to match with any ingredients so that you can use it for simple cooking.
