Easy, fragrant instant roasted tea

It is a delicious instant Hojicha that can be easily made by simply adding it to hot or cold water and mixing.

Using 100% domestically produced tea leaves, fragrant tea leaves blended with first-class tea are roasted over an open flame and spray-dried to instantly lock in the deliciousness.

One spoonful (0.8g) can be used to make one cup of hot water (100ml) of tea. Just add hot or cold water and it will dissolve immediately.

◆◆What is the spray drying method◆◆

Spray-drying is a technology that turns tea extract into granules that are easily soluble in water. Hojicha extract is sprayed in the form of a mist and dried instantly with hot air to form granules. These granules are not made from crushed tea leaves, but are made from liquefied hojicha, so they dissolve immediately when reconstituted with hot or cold water.

For HOT, COLD, and my bottle

It dissolves easily in both hot and cold water, so you can enjoy it as a warm green tea in the winter and as a cold tea in the summer.

In addition, you can put it in your own bottle and carry it with your favorite strength, or use it as an ingredient for arranged drinks and sweets.

★ How to drink deliciously (standard)

①Put 1 teaspoon (0.8g) into a tea cup.

② Pour hot water or water (about 100ml) to dissolve and drink. *Please be careful with hot water.

★Recommended Easy Recipe ~ Hojicha Latte (for 1 person)

① Put 1 tablespoon of “Sarasara Hojicha” and 30ml of hot water in a cup and dissolve well.

② Put 140ml of milk in a hand pan, stir with a whisk and heat until just before boiling, pour ① and it's done. Hojicha and milk go very well together, so pudding is also recommended.
