In October 1964, Nagatanien's representative long-selling product, "Matsutake no Aji Osuimono," was born. The point of making the taste is to balance the flavor, select the raw materials, disassemble each seasoning and examine them one by one. It was completed through steady work, such as repeated tastings 10 to 20 times a day, and removing any unpleasant tastes or strangeness in the flavor. The biggest challenge is the production of seasoning granules, which are the base of the flavor. Salt, sugar, extracts, etc. are mixed and processed into granules, but the finished product differs depending on the composition of the raw materials and the method of mixing. Therefore, we repeated trial production many times while changing the conditions. In addition, we devised a PR method at the time of release, and in addition to drinking it as it is, we proposed arranged dishes through commercials. As a result, combined with the high-class image of matsutake mushrooms, it became established in the Kanto region, where there was not much custom of drinking soup.

Arrangement recipe using "Matsutake mushroom flavor soup"

Tempura Musukaze (for 1 person)

(1) Put rice (200g) and “Matsutake mushroom soup” (1 bag) in a bowl and mix evenly.

(2) Add fried egg (2-3 tablespoons) and white sesame (1 teaspoon) to (1).

(3) Divide (2) into 3 equal parts to make small rice balls. Divide seaweed (1/2 whole sheet) vertically into 3 equal parts and wrap them around the rice balls.

Bean sprout namul (for 1 person)

(1) Cut carrots (30g) into 3cm long strips.

(2) Boil water in a pan and boil carrots and bean sprouts (100g) for 3 minutes.

(3) Drain (2) in a colander, drain off the hot water and put it in a bowl.

(4) Sprinkle 1 bag of “Matsutake mushroom soup” and 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil while it is hot, and mix the whole.

(5) Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with white sesame (a little), and add a little shellfish cracker for color.

Matsutake mushroom flavored gratin soup (for 1 person)

(1) Put pizza cheese (about 15g) on ​​a baguette (1 slice) and bake in an oven toaster.

(2) Pour boiling water (180 cc) into a cup for one person, such as a mug, with 1 bag of "Matsutake no Aji Osuimono".

(3) Float (1) on (2) and sprinkle coarsely ground pepper (a little) and parsley (a little).

Matsutake-flavored Japanese-style gyoza dumplings (for 2 people)

(1) Put minced chicken thighs (80g), Chinese cabbage (80g), green onions (20g), Matsutake mushroom soup (1 bag), sake (1 tablespoon), and sesame oil (1 teaspoon) in a bowl. mix.

(2) Unfold the gyoza skins (12 pieces) and put (1) on top. Wet the area around the skin with water, fold it and wrap it.

(3) Heat salad oil (1 tablespoon) in a frying pan and fry (2) side by side. Halfway through, add water (2 tablespoons), cover, and steam for about 5 minutes.
