Useful Recipes Miso-yaki Udon Noodles
Fried udon made with instant miso soup. It's full of vegetables, so you'll be more satisfied with a lot of ingredients.
Ingredients (for 1 person): 1 serving of vegetable miso soup bag, 1 serving of frozen udon noodles (200g), appropriate amount of bonito flakes, 50cc of water, 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
How to make: 1. Thaw frozen udon according to the instructions. (Guideline: 3 and a half minutes in a 600W microwave) 2. Put the amount of water (50cc), the seasoning miso of "Miso soup to eat vegetables", and miso soup ingredients in a frying pan and heat to dissolve the miso. 3. Add the udon noodles from step 1 and stir-fry. Add sesame oil and stir-fry until the juice evaporates. 4. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with bonito flakes to your liking.
