■ Ingredients (for 2 people)
Nori (1/8 cut): 4-6 sheets
Trefoil: Appropriate amount
Japanese restaurant flavor (with dashi): 2 tbsp
Water: 320ml
■How to make
1. Use fir seaweed instead of seaweed, and chop the trefoil. Place the seaweed and trefoil in a bowl.
2. Pour hot miso soup made by dissolving miso in hot water into [1].

Brown rice (rice): 2 bowls
Perilla (tear off): 2 pieces
(a) Ryotei no Aji (with dashi): 20g Cooking sake: 8g
(b) Corn (canned): 80g Ginger (chopped): 10g
Sesame oil: 4g
■How to make
1. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry (b) over medium heat.
2. When it smells fragrant, add (a) and stir-fry.
3. Put the brown rice in a bowl, put an appropriate amount of [2] on it, and put the perilla on top.
