◉ Old-fashioned additive-free umeboshi pickled only with (plum, perilla, and salt). The original umami of pickled plums and the flavor of shiso will whet your appetite. Umeboshi is recommended to accompany rice. It goes well with rice balls, udon, soba, and pasta.
