Product introduction

A base for ochazuke that directly contains tea leaves from first-grade tea leaves from Mie prefecture.
It is the base of ochazuke to eat tea. We use hail made from domestic sticky rice and domestic roasted seaweed to accent the flavor.
We do not use chemical seasonings, protein hydrolysates, yeast extracts derived from animals such as milk or meat extracts. It can be used as a base for ochazuke, soup, rice balls sprinkled with furikake rice, and as a seasoning for boiled pasta.
