how to use

◆How to boil soybeans◆ 1. Put about 300g of gently washed beans in a thick pot, add 4-5 times as much water as the beans, and soak overnight (6-12 hours). 2. Put the soup over medium heat, and when it boils, add 1 cup of water. 3. When it boils again, drain it into a colander and discard the broth to remove the scum. (At this time, be careful not to burn yourself.) 4. Put the beans back into the pot, add 4 to 5 times as much water again, put it on medium heat at first, and when it boils, reduce the heat to low, occasionally so that the beans do not come out of the broth. Boil the beans while removing the water and scum so that the core of the beans becomes soft. *Covering lightly with aluminum foil makes it easier to cook. *Be careful not to stir the skin as it is easy to peel off. 5. After boiling until soft, add your favorite seasoning.
