Guinot miso's No. 1 selling product "Iyo miso" (grain miso) packaged in a cup.
Barley miso with a very high proportion of koji. The koji ratio is a whopping 200% (the ratio of koji and soybeans is 20:1).
The salt content of Iyo miso is 8.5%, which is about 20% less salt than barley miso and about 30% less salt than rice miso (light-colored spicy miso) listed in the 5th Revised Standard Tables of Food Composition in Japan.
We often receive happy news from customers who have purchased our miso at tasting events or by mail order, saying, "Children who don't like miso soup started drinking Iyo's miso because it's sweet and delicious."
<Recommended way to eat>
1 miso soup (also recommended for pork soup). 160cc of dashi stock, 20-25g of miso.
2 Fish (meat) marinated in miso. Mix 4 tablespoons of miso and 1 tablespoon of mirin, spread on both sides of the fish (meat), and leave in the refrigerator for half a day.
Remove the miso and bake in a frying pan over low heat.
3 vegetable sticks. Just put it on. Mix with mayonnaise.
