Marushima Shoyu Co., Ltd. was established in 1950 as a soy sauce manufacturer and seller.
After that, in 1960, we succeeded in manufacturing additive-free soy sauce. We have a history of more than 60 years since our founding, with four pillars: Soup Department, Tsukudani Department, and Pickles Department.
Seasoned salt blended with olive leaves from Shodoshima, rock salt, and herbs (marjoram).
It goes well with all kinds of dishes, including Italian cuisine.
