★Ingredients

☆ Edible vegetable oil…We only use the first pressed rapeseed oil from Yonezawa Oil Mill. (Hexane, phosphoric acid, silicone, etc. are not used in the manufacturing process.)

☆Eggs (free range): Fresh whole eggs from healthy chickens that are free to move around in an environment that produces fertilized eggs. No genetically modified feed is used.

☆Organic apple cider vinegar...This is vinegar made by fermenting alcohol made from 100% organic apple juice. (No alcohol is added at home)

☆Salt...This salt is made by concentrating the clear seawater of the Kuroshio Current on Izu Oshima using traditional salt-making methods and cooking it in a flat pot.

☆Honey...100% honey collected by bees.

☆ Mustard…Mustard made from 100% mustard seeds. Creates a unique taste.

☆Made with organic pepper and ginger.
