Yukishio Chinsuko is made with Nanpudo's unique recipe by adding Miyakojima's natural underground seawater "Yukishio" to the traditional confectionery "Chinsuko" handed down from the Ryukyu dynasty. "Yukishio" is a natural underground seawater salt that is made by dissolving coral calcium into seawater that has been filtered through a "natural filtration device" made of Ryukyu limestone from Miyako Island.
