Keisuke Matsushima

KEISUKE MATSUSHIMA Representative Director and Executive Chef (as of May 2020) Moved to France at the age of 20. After training in various parts of France, he opened the restaurant "Kei's passion" in Nice at the age of 25. Three years later, he became the youngest foreigner to receive a Michelin star, after which he changed his name to "KEISUKE MATSUSHIMA." In July 2010, he was the first and youngest chef to be awarded the Order of Arts and Letters by the French government. In addition to preserving Japanese and French food culture and learning about true richness through cooking classes, she also holds lectures at organizations and companies.
