This is a Shinshu red-based medium-spicy miso brewed with carefully selected raw materials for the authentic taste. By blending miso with different brewing methods, the depth of flavor of natural brewing and the umami of warm brewing come alive. Since it is a "raw miso" that has not been heat sterilized, yeast and enzymes are alive in addition to the original flavor of miso. No food additives other than alcohol are used.
