You can easily make "Saikyo-yaki" at home by marinating fish such as Spanish mackerel, silver mutsu, red fish, and sea bream as they are without pretreatment, and then marinating and grilling them in the refrigerator for about 24 hours. You can easily pickle all kinds of meat such as beef, pork, and chicken at home. It can also be used for pickling vegetables.
