[How to make]

• Cut the green onion into small pieces.
• Grate the daikon radish and season with a small amount of undiluted mentsuyu (condensed).
• Cut the lemon into half-moon slices.
• Boil water, blanch the beef, immerse in cold water to drain, and soak the meat in undiluted mentsuyu (condensed).
• Boil water and boil the solder noodles for 6 minutes.
• Place the solder noodles on a plate, add the beef from Step 4, grated daikon radish, tempura bits, soft-boiled egg, green onions, and lemon, and pour over the mentsuyu (straight).
